These terms are an application template maintained by the operator of this GridCheck deployment and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
Acceptable use
You may use GridCheck to run preliminary compatibility reviews of lighting fixture submittals against confirmed ceiling conditions. You agree not to attempt to bypass authentication or organization boundaries, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to use the service to store material unrelated to a lighting review.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the actions taken under your account, including inviting members and assigning roles within your organization. Organization Admins are responsible for keeping the membership list accurate.
Rate limits and fair use
Automated processing, including AI extraction, is subject to per-user and per-organization rate limits. When a limit is reached the application will return a clear retry message. Repeat or automated abuse may result in temporary suspension.
Content and immutability
Review runs, findings, evidence citations, and audit events are stored as immutable records so past reviews remain reproducible. You retain ownership of your uploaded submittals and project data.
No warranty
GridCheck is provided "as is" for preliminary contractor coordination only. It does not replace professional judgment, manufacturer requirements, code review, engineering approval, or final installation sign-off. See the Product Limitations page for the full disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this GridCheck deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
